Free shipping on all local orders above PKR 5,999 (Applies automatically at checkout ). We ship nationwide and internationally, and aim to get your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Local Orders (Within Pakistan):

• All orders are processed within 24 hours.
• Delivery time is 5–7 working days.
  

International Orders:

• Delivery time is 10–15 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
• International shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

Full-priced items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact.

Note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer only.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, return your original order and place a new one.

Orders can be cancelled before processing begins. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our refund policy.
